All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted manufacturing partner. For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, products are final sale once shipped.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unwanted items.


We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if:

 

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

 


To request a replacement or store credit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@elowynco.com, including:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 


Once approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued. Refunds are not provided for made-to-order items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
